RECENTLY RELEASED:
Ken was story editor for Please Kill Mr. Know It All, a feature film written by Sandra Feldman, directed by Colin Carter and Sandra Feldman, produced by Schleooing Nachos Productions and Static Motion. Premiered at the Montreal Film Festival, Aug. 30, 2012 and shown at Cinefest – the Sudbury International Film Festival, Sept 23.
UPCOMING:
Ken is story consultant for Hold Fast, a feature film adapted by Rosemary House from the novel by Kevin Major, directed by Justin Simms, produced by Markham St. Films and Rock Island Productions, and starring Molly Parker.
GOOD NEWS:
The TV drama series, Arctic Air, produced by Omni Film, and created by Ian Weir, has been renewed for a second season by CBC.
Several short films by Shelley Niro, as well as her feature Kissed by Lightning will be shown at the National Portrait Gallery in London, England, in conjunction with a George Catlin exhibition. The short films will be screened on April 25 and Kissed by Lightning will be shown on May 3, 2013.
TEACHING:
Ken continues to introduce a new series of courses in writing and story editing for film and television at the Toronto Film School.
